§ 1. General Provisions

1. The “Send a Request” e-service allows users to contact the Helena Radlińska Pedagogical Library in Siedlce and its branches (hereinafter referred to as the “Library”) to obtain information, ask a question, or report an issue related to the Library’s operations.
2. The service is available via an electronic form posted on the Library’s website.
3. Use of the service is free of charge.

§ 2. Authorized Users

1. All users of the Library’s website may use the service.

§ 3. Rules for Using the Service

1. The user is required to:
   • provide accurate information,
   • formulate inquiries in a clear and polite manner,
   • use the service for its intended purpose.
2. It is prohibited to:
   • submit content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on personal rights,
   • use the form to send spam,
   • impersonate others.

§ 4. Handling Inquiries

1. Inquiries are handled by authorized Library staff during the Library’s business hours.
2. The Library will make every effort to respond as quickly as possible.
3. The Library reserves the right not to respond to inquiries that are incomplete, unclear, or unrelated to the Library’s activities.

§ 5. Protection of Personal Data

1. The Helena Radlińska Pedagogical Library in Siedlce is the controller of personal data.
2. Personal data provided in the form is processed solely for the purpose of responding to the inquiry.
3. Providing this data is voluntary but necessary to process the inquiry.
4. The data will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.
5. The user has the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of their data, in accordance with applicable law.

§ 6. Liability

1. The user is responsible for the content of the inquiries submitted.
2. The Library is not liable for any incorrect information provided by the user.

§ 7. Final Provisions

1. The Library reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
2. These Terms and Conditions take effect on the date of their publication on the Library’s website.
3. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws shall apply.
