Regulamin: Purchase proposal
Our Library is waiting for your suggestions! If you think our collection is missing interesting and useful publications, please use the “Purchase Suggestion” e-service. Fill out the form, and a library staff member will let you know what action has been taken regarding your suggestion.
- The “Purchase Suggestion” online service is available to all logged-in users of the Helena Radlińska Pedagogical Library in Siedlce’s website and is used to request publications not currently in our collection.
- A “Purchase Request” should align with the collection profile outlined in the Library’s Work Concept.
- To use the “Purchase Request” e-service, you must provide the following document details: the author’s first and last name, the title, and, optionally, the year and publisher’s name (in the “Comments” field—specify the physical format of the document).
- When filling out the form, the user is required to provide their personal information: first and last name, library card number, the intended storage location for the requested publication, and an email address to which a response regarding the processing of the e-service will be sent. This information will be used solely for correspondence with the user submitting the request.
- Users of the “Purchase Proposal” e-service are required to verify that the publication they are seeking is not already in the Integro catalog of the Helena Radlińska Pedagogical Library in Siedlce. Requests for publications already held in the collections of the Helena Radlińska Pedagogical Library will not be accepted.
- The Helena Radlińska Pedagogical Library in Siedlce reserves the right to reject a request at any stage of its processing; the user will be notified of this electronically.
- There is no minimum or maximum processing time for requests, nor is there a limit on the number of requests.
